We offer a 10-year warranty on the structure of the houses and a 3-year warranty on the equipment. These warranties are designed to ensure the longevity and optimal performance of our products.

The price of a Studio Techno home includes everything necessary for your home to be built to your specifications, including all the extras you have requested. In addition, the price covers the transport and unloading of the house at the point you indicate, as well as all the guarantees required by law to ensure the quality and safety of your home.
It is important to note that the price does not include the installation of the house, the management of licenses, or the completion of the technical project related with the installation. These aspects will be the exclusive responsibility of each client, depending on the customised project they wish to undertake. If you need advice on any of these steps, our sales team will be happy to help you.
The energy consumption of our prefabricated houses may vary depending on the model you choose and the features or extras you decide to incorporate. For reference purposes, energy consumption starts at 12 kW for the most basic model. If you have any specific questions about the energy consumption of a specific model, please do not hesitate to contact us for detailed and personalised information.
To formalise an order for one of our prefabricated houses, you need to meet the following conditions:
- Reservation: To make a firm reservation for your house, 50% of the total price must be paid. The second 50% will be paid just before delivery. One of our sales’ agents will contact you 15 days before delivery of the house to coordinate this second payment.
- Payment: The payment method will be by bank transfer.
- Financing: We have very advantageous financing options for our clients. If you would like further information about these options, please do not hesitate to contact our sales team here.

Solar carports
We offer a 10-year warranty on the solar panels and a 3-year warranty on the carport structure. This ensures the quality and durability of our products over time.
Your safety comes first. It is thus very important to disconnect both the direct and alternating current from the installation before carrying out any type of cleaning.
If you have to go up a ladder, take appropriate safety measures.
Cleaning is easy, you can clean your panels with a hose, a soapy solution, and if necessary to remove bird droppings or other solid waste, with a soft bristle brush.
Take care: Do not use pressure washers, strong bristle brushes or scrapers as these may damage the panel.
How often? Once a year is enough although it will depend on the dirt they accumulate
It is advisable to avoid heat stress, so it is recommended to carry out maintenance first thing in the morning and during the spring months.
It will depend on your needs:
- On-Grid Inverters (connected to the grid)
These inverters are designed for systems that are connected to the electrical grid. They are ideal if you want to sell excess energy to the grid or if you do not need energy storage.
Advantages: higher efficiency, lower initial cost, no need for batteries.
- Off-Grid Inverters (Autonomous)
These inverters are used in systems isolated from the electrical grid. They require batteries to store the energy generated.
Advantages: independence from the electrical grid, ideal for remote areas.
- Hybrid Inverters
They combine the characteristics of on-grid and off-grid inverters. They can operate connected to the mains or with batteries.
Advantages: flexibility to operate with or without network connection, storage capacity.
Selecting the right type of inverter and deciding whether you need batteries and accumulators depends on your specific energy needs and location.
Evaluate your energy consumption, consider the stability of the electrical grid in your area and choose quality components that ensure the efficiency and durability of your photovoltaic system.
The inverter power must be compatible with the maximum power generated by your solar panels and exceed it by 10 to 20%.
- PEARSON carport: Panel power: 8.20 kWh (410w*20). You will need an inverter of between 10 and 11 kWh.
- BECQUEREL I carport: Panel power: 4.92 kWh (410w*12). You will need an inverter of between 6 and 8 kWh.
- BECQUEREL II carport: Panel power: 4.10 kWh (410w*10). You will need an inverter of between 5 and 7 kWh.
